Question: What can you give to a “health nut” mom for Mother’s Day that she will love?
Answer: Fruit AND Flowers… one in the same!
Not only will Mom feel loved, she will savor each bite.
In searching the Internet to find out how to do this I came upon this site with full step-by-step instructions:

If putting together an entire bouquet is too much for you (I’ll be the first to admit this may be intimidating) try a simplified idea, fruit kabobs for breakfast in bed. These are easy to put together and even smaller children can help. Mom is sure to be delighted!
Want to make your fruit even more special, really fast and easy? Simply add a yummy dipping sauce!
1. Pour a can of coconut milk into a medium size bowl. I found some at both the Nature’s Grocer and Wal-Mart for $1.50 a can.
2. Add a few T. of raw agave. Sweeten to taste.
3. Whisk in 1/2 to 1 t. vanilla, 1/4 t. pure almond extract, and about 1-2 t. poppy seeds.
4. Refrigerate 5-10 minutes and stir smooth. Scoop into a decorative serving dish
Serve kabobs on beautiful plates, garnish with mint (or other greenery).
To all mother’s (natural and surrogate) I want to tell you from the depths of my heart, “THANK YOU!!!!” You truly make this world a better place, one day and one life at a time.

Happy Mother’s Day!
